HB2519 HFA Byrd & S. Brown 2-26

Delegates Byrd and S. Brown move to amend the bill on page 42, Section 5b, lines 11 and 12 by striking out Subdivision (1) in its entirety, and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

                “(1) At an organized event taking place at a stadium, arena, or other facility, and, any other limitation that complies with any prohibition established by an athletic conference for which the institution is a member. “
